Came across this app which sounds ridiculous. The ad presumes you consider Heineken beer as the ultimate beverage, and must obviously want a Heineken Beer Tender for the holidays. But it will beat the spirit of holidays if you purchase one for yourself. So heres their idea. Get one for yourself but make it look like its a gift from your friend.
The app which was launched recently on FB friends others who are interesting in purchasing the Beer Tender. So you can purchase and gift it to them and they will do the same. So at the end of the day, both of you have gifted each other a Heineken Beer Tender. The gift comes wrapped in color paper with a card.
Either this ad campaign is clever or totally ridiculous. I havent tried the app but wonder if their is any system which makes sure that the other person is seriously sending you your gift.
