The new Google bar is here. Last June Google introduced its new black bar across the top of the pages. It was not received well but we just accepted it later. Now Google has come up with a pop up menu which would appear when you hover over the Google logo on top.
In a blogpost by technical lead of Google, Eddie Kessler, he says "We’re now ready for the next stage of our redesign—a new Google bar that will enable you to navigate quickly between our services, as well as share the right stuff with the right people easily on Google+. "

I could not enable it yet. There was this method using Edit This Cookie browser extension in Chrome but it didnt work for me so i am not putting it down. Waiting.
